You know that Sweet Kiddles sets a high bar for childcare and preschool – naturally, we wouldn’t expect anything less than exceptional for our full-day kindergarten program, too!
For us – and more importantly, for you and your kiddles – that means a teacher-to-child ratio that will never be greater than 14:1. Your child will always get the attention he or she needs and deserves.
In fact, one-on-one attention is at the heart of our kindergarten curriculum. Here, we learn by discovery, by inspiring curiosity and opening minds with interesting questions, stimulating activities, and hands-on investigations.
We use guided reading to lead kiddles into the wonderful world of words. A proven and kid-tested method, guided reading rejects one-size-fits-all teaching for an approach that meets each child at his or her level – and gives them the confidence to move up, step by step.
For math, we go beyond the numbers. With the award-winning Everyday Mathematics, designed by the University of Chicago, kids learn multiple, problem-solving skills through real-life examples and engaging, tactile activities (that’s teaching speak for learning while having fun).
Creativity, confidence and caring: that’s our three “c”s approach for a true Kiddle’s kindergarten!
- Kindergarten is exclusive to Sweet Kiddles members
- Class size/ratio: 14/1 or better
